North Perrott Women's team 137-3 (20) bt Chard Women's 96-8 (19)

A massive win today for North Perrott in a match that showcased the best of both bat and ball.
Perrott won the toss and opted to bat first. Jodie R (36 rino) and Jade W (31) made a solid start taking us to 10 overs with no wickets lost. Just as they started to push on Jodie had to retire injured. The rest of the team then batted around Jade who anchored the innings from start to finish and helped Perrott to finish on 137-3.
The bowling was brilliant from start to finish - each bowler mostly hitting their length and the team backing them up with accurate and committed fielding. Wickets were taken by a fantastic 2nd spell of Jess R (4-23) Sam U (2-13) J. Wilkinson (1-7) and Eliza N (1-25)
