After a grey and damp start to the day threatened to wash out proceedings, the rain eased just in time for North Perrott's 2nd XI to take on Spaxton.
It was another tough afternoon for the 2nd XI, who are still searching for their first win of the season. However, with only a handful of matches played, it is still very early days. There were plenty of positives to take from the performance, and the side will be hoping that continued hard work and improving confidence will help turn competitive displays into victories as the season progresses.
