This is a huge signing for the club and we can’t wait to see Nipun out on the field wearing the Perrott badge. Bringing experience from Sri Lanka U19 level and the Emerging Team squad, he joins us as an exciting seam bowling all-rounder with incredible talent, energy and passion for the game.

What makes this even more exciting is the impact Nipun will have across the whole club - especially for our young players. Throughout the season, he’ll be heavily involved in youth coaching and training, working closely with our juniors to help develop skills, confidence and a love for cricket. Opportunities like this are priceless for young cricketers and we know our youth section will gain so much from learning alongside someone with Nipun’s experience and knowledge.

There will also be opportunities for senior players to train with him, plus 1-to-1 coaching sessions available to book for everyone throughout the season.

This is more than just a signing. It’s another huge step forward for our club and the future of cricket at North Perrott.
